Our teas are imported from countries as diverse as Brazil, Japan, Thailand, Taiwan, China, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, India, Kenya, South Africa, and more.
Our ingredient selection process prioritises taste and quality. We're committed to sourcing the most delicious and top-notch teas, whether they're organic or not. As long as they meet our standards, we're open to considering all kinds.
We cast our nets wide, sourcing from various growers to maintain our exceptional quality standards. It's all part of our mission to bring you the best brews with the world's punchiest flavors.
The best quality teas aren't always Fairtrade. We pay a premium price for our teas, sourced from quality estates that have a sustainable business model.
Our premium hand-blended tea can be re-steeped 2-4 times, thanks to the generous amount of tea leaves in our tea bag. For the best result, check the box for steeping time instructions!
Known Stranger teas are produced in a factory that also manufactures teas for other brands. While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, we want to make you aware of this. Rest assured, the factory is a peanut-free zone, and the nuts and milk used are almonds, hazelnuts, toffee, and caramel.

Most of our teas contain virtually no carbohydrates, calories, or sugar. Our cocoa, toffee, and fruit range contain very few calories. You can simply drink tea and top up with water to reach your daily water intake.
However, please understand that it's challenging to provide exact nutritional facts for tea since it's a natural product, like a fruit or vegetable. Calories and carbohydrates cannot be accurately calculated due to the minimal amount found in tea leaves. Without milk or sugar added, tea contains very few calories.
